# 429 Account locked

Too many failed sign-ins locked the account for a while.

## Why it happened

- Five sign-ins in a row failed.

## How to fix it

1. Wait 15 minutes, then try once more.
2. Each further failed try adds 15 more minutes.
3. Reset the password in the [dashboard](https://platform.quotastack.io). Do not guess again.
